Whereas nearby High Park is a major draw that attracts people from all corners of the city, Rennie Park is a bit quieter and more private. 3) Swansea Public School
Swansea Public School is one of the best schools in the city—which is part of what makes the surrounding neighbourhood so ideal for families. Swansea also offers top-notch facilities—such as a double gym and field—and the pristine beauty of the surrounding area, which contains a beautiful pond and forest.
4) It’s easy to get around
While Swansea often feels like its a world away from the hustle and bustle of central Toronto, commuting to other parts of the city is a breeze. Area residents enjoy easy access to the subway along the Bloor-Danforth line, as well as the streetcar along the Queensway. For motorists, the highway is just a short drive away. All of that said, living in a neighbourhood that’s close to High Park, Bloor West Village, and plenty of nearby waterfront (including a lake, river, and pond), why would you ever want to leave?

No doubt about it: the homes in Swansea are gorgeous. There are many upscale properties in the neighbourhood, but you’ll also find no shortage of attractive single-family and semi-detached homes.
