With over ten years in real estate, I’m the steady hand behind Sidorova Inwood’s day-to-day operations. As Director of Operations and Sales, I focus on supporting the team, guiding agent development, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs with clarity and intention.

I’m known for a calm, organized approach and aim to be someone the team can always count on—whether I’m refining internal systems, mentoring new agents, or ensuring every detail is aligned for success. I bring a thoughtful energy to the office and take real pride in helping others grow.

Outside of work, my partner and I spend as much time as we can outdoors with our tiny dog, Henry, and our tortoise. Most weekends involve a paddleboard, a calm lake, and Henry happily along for the ride.
