With over 14 years in Toronto real estate, I bring a depth of experience shaped by both independent practice and my time with a major developer, where I was involved in the sale of more than $1B in pre-construction high-rise and low-rise communities. That foundation allows me to guide clients with clarity, strategy, and a long-term perspective.

Having lived in Downtown Toronto for most of my adult life, and now calling Midtown home, I have a firsthand understanding of the city’s neighbourhoods, market cycles, and the nuances that influence value. My approach is informed by experience on the ground, not just data on a page.

Born in Russia and raised in Canada, I am fluent in both English and Russian, and work comfortably with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University, which continues to shape my analytical mindset and thoughtful, client-focused approach to negotiation and advisory.

I believe real estate is both a financial and personal decision. My role is to provide steady guidance, clear communication, and well-considered strategy so clients feel informed and confident at every stage.

Outside of work, you will often find me playing indoor or outdoor soccer at Polson Pier, Cherry Beach, Regent Park, or Central Tech, cycling through the city, or creating market-focused content online. If you have come across one of my videos, you already know I enjoy sharing insights that help people better understand the Toronto market.

Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, and I’m excited to be a member of the Sidorova Inwood Team as a full-time Sales Representative.
