At the Sidorova Inwood Team, I play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our team empowered. I oversee agent onboarding, ensuring new team members are fully set up with the tools, systems, and guidance they need to hit the ground running. As the primary point of contact throughout each agent’s journey, I help align progress with individual goals, maintain organization, and support overall business growth.

As Michael Inwood’s Executive Assistant, I work closely with him on talent recruitment—playing a key role in expanding our team with ambitious, collaborative agents who align with and enhance our team culture.

Outside of the real estate world, I love all things food & fitness. You’ll either find me at the gym or trying out the newest restaurant in town.
