Here at The Sidorova Inwood Team, we’re all about community. And what better way to get more in touch with our neighbourhood than through the local shops and spots!
We’ve decided to team up with carefully selected local businesses from the Bloor West Village, High Park, Roncesvalles, and Swansea. We want to shed more light on places we love most.
We will be promoting these awesome boutiques, restaurants and shops on our social media channels, blogs, newsletters and magazines – so you can get to know them better!
The Bloor West Village consists of more than 400 shops, restaurants and service providers. This beautiful area has everything from specialty clothing stores, to flower shops, to cafes.
The Village is home to a number of wonderful events, including the Bloor West Street Fest, the world’s largest Ukrainian Festival and Santa in the Village. Since local businesses play such big roles in these events, we want to recognize them even further!
Roncesvalles is very well known for its plethora of small businesses that are independently owned and operated. Everything from clothing and shoe boutiques, to health food stores. There are several bakeries and delicatessens that can be found along the Ronces’ strip as well! Keep an eye out for those!
Roncesvalles is also home to Toronto’s Polish festival every September, the largest Polish festival in North America. The street is shut down to vehicle traffic, and the festivities include live Polish music, an enormous variety of street food, and traditional Polish dancing!
